Installing a 360 Background in Snappic

  1. When your order is complete, the process of installing your artwork in Snappic is very easy.
  2. Download both of the files under the Snappic heading - the main MP4, and the clipping mask MP4.
  3. Login to your Snappic account and activate a new enterprise event, ensuring that the VFX feature is enabled.
  4. Scroll down to the templates section and hit the edit button next to video templates
  5. Let's set up a new basic template for your 3 60 event.
  6. Click on Create New Template.
  7. Choose the orientation that matches your BoothMotion purchase; square, landscape or portrait.
  8. Let's head over to the recordings tab and set the recording duration to 15 seconds.
  9. Next we need to go to the 'timeline' section and add a new element.
  10. Select App Recorded Video and click on Advanced Settings to reveal the playback speed options. Bring the speed multiplier slider down to half speed.
  11. Now we will set up the background segmentation effect.
  12. Click on Build a Custom Effect and then the Add Effect button.
  13. Select the AI Segmentation effect and then the build a custom effect button.
  14. Click Add Effect and then select the Overlay option.
  15. Drag the normal mp4 file on to the Overlay box and the clipping mask mp4 on to the Clipping Mask box.
  16. Hit save, and then hit save again.
  17. Press the Preview Timeline button and then the 3 60 recording option to preview your video FX sequence.
