- When your order is complete, the process of installing your artwork in TouchPix is very easy.
- Download the HEVC MP4 file from your BoothMotion order page.
- Login to your TouchPix account and create your event in the 'new UI' event builder.
- Go to Create New Event and then click Create Custom Event.
- Give your event a name and click 'Create Event'
- Click the overlays button and then the designer button. This will load the TouchPix overlay designer which is where we will set the video size for our event.
- Select Template 1 for portrait, template 3 for square or template 5 for landscape. These are the TouchPix sizes supported by BoothMotion.
- Once you have set your template size, select your event from the drop down list and then click 'add to event'.
- Click Return To Touchpix and again on the popup box.
- Hit the settings cog for manage this event and then the pencil edit button.
- Click Video Effects on the menu.
- Ensure that Slomo is selected and then click add effect.
- Scroll down and select remove bg + video (full length). Click confirm.
- Click on the effect name in the stack and then click on the 'none' area to select your file.
- Load in the transparent MP4 file that you previously downloaded from BoothMotion.
- Click save changes.
- Activate your event in the TouchPix app on your device to test.
